Sixteen Syrian youth associations were targeted, and the organization began training 32 young men and women from these associations for ten days in November on institutionalization, human rights, and peacebuilding. A three-day training on project proposal writing will be held in Damascus at the beginning of next year. The organization will continue to support these associations until the end of 2018, helping them institutionalize their work. Additionally, four grants will be awarded for projects to be implemented in Syria in the fields of human rights and peacebuilding.
